Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 19, 2020. Motion by Steven Glassberg, Esq., to be substituted as counsel for the appellants, to withdraw the appeal, and to impose sanctions upon the appellant's counsel of record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Steven Glassberg, Esq., 8 Haven Avenue, Suite 215, Port Washington, NY 11050, is substituted as counsel of record for the appellants, the appeal is deemed withdrawn, and the motion is otherwise denied.
