It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant to amend this Court's order of assignment dated March 13, 2023, to reflect the correct date of the defendant's conviction and adjudication as a Level 1 sex offender, as September 19, 2022 and October 27, 2022, respectively; is hereby granted. In all other respects the order of assignment remains the same.
