Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 14, 2022, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, dated October 22, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal is denied, as no appeal lies from a decision (see UDCA 1702). Appellant may, if he be so advised, cause a judgment to be entered and to appeal therefrom.
