Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 28, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 15, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue or renew the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending determination of the motion for leave to reargue or renew the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue or renew the appeal is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay the foreclosure sale is denied as academic.
