Motion by the defendant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, each dated January 30, 2023, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the defendant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the same court dated February 7, 2023, and to vacate or, in effect, to stay enforcement of that order pending hearing and determination of that appeal. Separate motion by the defendant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the same court dated April 19, 2023, and to vacate or, in effect, to stay enforcement of that order pending hearing and determination of that appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
