Appeal by Chyna M. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2023. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jennifer Marshall, dated April 25, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Horace T. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent Horace T. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Horace T., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
