DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 6, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with certain additional documents to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before June 23, 2023, the respondent shall file copies of the defendant's omnibus motion, the People's opposition to the defendant's omnibus motion, the order of the Supreme Court determining the omnibus motion, the decision and order determining the Huntley hearing, the search warrant, the search warrant affidavit, and the 911 Sprint report with the Clerk of this Court and the Clerk of this Court shall deliver copies of those documents to the person in charge of the institution wherein the appellant is incarcerated for examination by the appellant, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon delivering the documents to the institution, the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall advise the appellant of the date by which the documents and transcripts are to be returned and the supplemental brief filed.
