DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2017. Motion by Jenny Ng, as the administrator of the estate of Siu Yu Ng, and the plaintiffs-appellants Siu Ying Ng, Chung Hein Ninh, Kuok Leong Lo, individually and as administrator of the estate of Bing Fong Lee, and Aimy Tran, as administrator of the estate of Ninh-Khanh Tran, to substitute Jenny Ng, as the administrator of the estate of Siu Yu Ng, for the deceased plaintiff-appellant Siu Yu Ng, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the plaintiff-appellant Siu Yu Ng.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Jenny Ng, as the administrator of the estate of Siu Yu Ng, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-appellant, Siu Yu Ng, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased plaintiff-appellant Siu Yu Ng is vacated.
