Appeal by Evelyn Romero-Vanegas from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 23, 2023. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Eric M. Fayer, dated April 13, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Mayra Camacho is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Mayra Camacho is interested in responding to the appeal, or  (2) the respondent Mayra Camacho is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Mayra Camacho, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
