Appeal by Shpresim Haxhaj from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 20, 2021. Pursuant to a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 21, 2023, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by May 22, 2023. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
