In the Matter of Jennifer S. Solomon, respondent,

v Marc Fishman, appellant.

(Docket Nos. O-6-2019/2019B, O-6-2019/2019A)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Marc Fishman from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part), both dated November 1, 2022. By scheduling order of this Court dated April 21, 2023, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until May 22, 2023. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.

IANNACCI, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, WOOTEN and VOUTSINAS, JJ., concur.
