An order having been entered on July 6, 2022, granting respondent-appellant's motion to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Caitlin Connelly, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Caitlin Connelly, Esq., dated May 12, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Thomas Pelych, Esq., 226 Main Street, Hornell, New York 14843, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Steuben, entered December 27, 2021, in place and stead of Caitlin Connelly, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Steuben County Family Court Clerk provide Caitlin Connelly, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 11, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
