Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered July 18, 2022, and the Attorney for the Children having moved for an extension of time to respond to the motion by petitioner-appellant to relieve the Attorney for the Children of her assignment,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Attorney for the Children's response to petitioner-appellant's motion must be filed with the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 14, 2023, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner-appellant's reply to the Attorney for the Children's response, if any, be filed with the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 21, 2023.
