Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 23, 2022, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondents Javiel Rodriguez, Jose A. Rosado, Adam Torres, ATC Brand Management LLC, and 127 Westchester Sq Restaurant LLC.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeal has been deemed dismissed for failure to timely perfect (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10[a]).
