Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 20, 2023, and March 7, 2023, and an amended order of the same court dated March 9, 2023, respectively.

ORDERED that the appeals from the order dated March 7, 2023, and from the amended order dated March 9, 2023, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from orders that are not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
