Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 10, 2023. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and to stay enforcement of the order and continue an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated January 17, 2023, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the parties shall abide by the terms of the order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated January 17, 2023, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, whichever occurs first.
