Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 31, 2022. Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including any sale of the subject premises, and to enjoin the respondent from selling any interest in the subject premises or taking any other action to enforce an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, dated October 29, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
