An order having been entered on August 23, 2021, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning the Monroe County Conflict Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered August 23, 2021, and an order having been entered on October 19, 2021, substituting Sujata Ramaiah, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order of this Court having been entered on December 23, 2022, affirming the order of Family Court,
Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Bridget Field, Esq., 45 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 802, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to for the purpose of filing and serving an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the order of this Court entered December 23, 2022,
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Bridget Field, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
