Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 21, 2018, for the release of funds on deposit.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York is directed to release the funds on deposit in this matter to appellant State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co., less any lawful fees.
