Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services dated March 19, 2019, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated April 20, 2022. Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, to seal the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the original papers filed in connection with the proceeding and the briefs are marked confidential and may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by the parties to the proceeding, counsel appearing on their behalf, or representatives of counsel, authorized in writing to view the confidential material, and the motion is otherwise denied.
