In the Matter of Tyrie Harris, respondent,

v Sareen Davis, appellant.

(Docket No. V-8931-2022)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 14, 2023. By order to show cause dated April 24, 2023, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

CONNOLLY, J.P., CHAMBERS, CHRISTOPHER and GENOVESI, JJ., concur.
