On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2023, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated May 20, 2022. Pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55(2) and upon the affirmation of Alexander Ayoub, dated March 28, 2023, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
