Appeals from two orders and judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 17, 2019 (one paper), and May 18, 2022 (one paper), respectively. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment entered October 17, 2019, are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment entered May 18, 2022, on or before August 3, 2023, the parties shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement digital copies of the record and briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-06085 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-13634 on the covers, and on or before August 3, 2023, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment entered May 18, 2022, and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment entered May 18, 2022, via NYSCEF.
