Motion by Kera & Graubard for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated December 17, 2021, which determined appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 2, 2019, and a judgment of that court entered July 18, 2019.
