2003-11094 In the Matter of Leonard Buddington, Jr., a disbarred attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2482941)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Leonard Buddington, Jr., for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Buddington was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 10, 1992. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 10, 2004, Buddington was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (Matter of Buddington, 7 AD3d 55). By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2021, Buddington's first motion for reinstatement was denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Leonard Buddington, Jr., does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS, and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
