ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated June 30, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the time to perfect the appeal in the above-entitled matter the date "August 21, 2023" and substituting therefor the date "September 11, 2023."
