Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an order of this court dated March 20, 2023, which dismissed as untimely an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and ParkingViolations Agency, rendered October 22, 2021, for a writ of error coram nobis for an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors and for other related relief.
