DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Sierra Katherine Thompson for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Thompson was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 27, 2013, under the name Sierra Katherine Van Borst. By decision and order of this Court dated June 1, 2016, the movant's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and Sierra Katherine Thompson was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that, effective immediately, Sierra Katherine Thompson, admitted as Sierra Katherine Van Borst, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Sierra Katherine Thompson to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
