On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) the dismissal of a cross-appeal by J. Anthony Enterprises, Inc., from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 11, 2020, in the above-entitled matter is vacated, and the cross-appeal is reinstated.
