ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated July 12, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "29 Bedell Corp." and substituting therefor name "Action Repair Service, Inc."
