ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated July 21, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondents' time to serve and file a brief in the above entitled matter the date "August 21, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "August 25, 2023."
