Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 29, 2020. Motion by the plaintiff, inter alia, for leave to intervene as a respondent in the appeal. Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in the above entitled-action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the plaintiff and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellants and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the plaintiff which is for leave to intervene as a respondent in the appeal is denied, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is denied.
