ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time" dated July 24, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief in the above-entitled matter the date "July 31, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "August 10, 2023."
