ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 15, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated January 31, 2020, respectively. By decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, and December 21, 2020, the appellant was directed, inter alia, to submit corrected covers for the record and the appellant's brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order that contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-03934 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-08501, upload, via NYSCEF, digital replacement copies of the record and the appellant's brief that contain the corrected covers, and serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment. The appellant has not filed digital replacement copies of the record that contain the corrected covers or a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled matter for failure to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, and December 21, 2020, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before August 30, 2023; if the parties be so advised, the parties may make a motion, via NYSCEF, on or before August 30, 2023, for any relief deemed appropriate; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
