Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 22, 2019. Application by Berenice Sheera Diehl, in effect, to substitute Berenice Sheera Diehl, as executor of the estate of Sharon Rose Anastasio, for the deceased appellant Sharon Rose Anastasio, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Berenice Sheera Diehl, as executor of the estate of Sharon Rose Anastasio, is substituted for the deceased appellant Sharon Rose Anastasio, and the caption is amended accordingly.
