| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 5, 2019. Motion by Anthony M. Yasso, as the administrator of the estate of Joseph Yasso, to be substituted for the deceased appellant-respondent, Joseph Yasso, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant-respondent, Joseph Yasso.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Anthony M. Yasso, as the administrator of the estate of Joseph Yasso, is substituted for the deceased appellant-respondent, Joseph Yasso, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant-respondent, Joseph Yasso, is vacated.
