Appeal and cross appeal from a decision of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2023. Motion by the appellants-respondents to stay all discovery, including certain depositions, in the above-entitled proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and cross-appeal.
