Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 14, 2023, and an order of the same court dated March 16, 2023. Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and, in effect, for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed; and it is further,
