Appeal by Jagmohan Singh from a purported order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 2, 2022, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2023, on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 2, 2022, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
