Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 13, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as denied the defendant's motion for an order directing the plaintiff or plaintiff's counsel to enter into a confidentiality agreement and directed the deposition of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
