DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Monroe, Orange County, entered August 22, 2022, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to continue a stay of eviction granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 21, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto it is,
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before September 27, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that, in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
