ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 14, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated July 8, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Family Court, Dutchess County."
