An order having been entered on April 25, 2023, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning the Monroe County Public Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on June 7, 2023 substituting the Monroe County Conflict Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mark Funk, Esq., dated August 7, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Michael Steinberg, Esq., 109 Rutgers Street, Rochester, New York 14607, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered January 23, 2023, in place and stead of the Monroe County Conflict Defender, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Michael Steinberg, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
