Motion by Giuseppe Lubrano, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated January 25, 2023, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated March 8, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
