ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated July 17, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the appellant, D & G Construction NY Inc.'s time to perfect the appeal in the above entitled matter the date "September 22, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "October 2, 2023."
