Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 15, 2022. Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing Supreme Court NYSCEF Doc. No. 109, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to serve a file a supplemental record is granted, and on or before September 27, 2023, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing Supreme Court NYSCEF Doc. No. 109, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is granted and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously.
