Motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 30, 2019. Separate motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respective motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are consolidated for disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied as moot.
