In this original proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207, petitioner having moved pursuant to this Court's order for an award of fees and costs in the amount of $119,642.45,
And the Court having previously appointed Edward Gangarosa, Esq., as a court attorney referee to conduct a hearing regarding the reasonable award of fees and costs and to report his findings to the Court,
It is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall retain a court reporter for the hearing to be held before the referee and for any other purposes required by the referee, the costs of which shall be borne as determined by the referee and made a part of his recommendation and report to the court.
