Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 14, 2022, and an interlocutory judgment of the same court, dated February 14, 2023. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal from the order insofar as taken against the respondents Donna Silverstein, Kendall Harousseau, and White Plains Hospital Medical Center, and to withdraw the appeal from the interlocutory judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the stipulation of the parties filed August 29, 2023, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order insofar as taken against the respondents Donna Silverstein, Kendall Harousseau, and White Plains Hospital Medical Center, and the appeal from the interlocutory judgment are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
