Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 3, 2022, May 9, 2022, September 2, 2022, September 8, 2022, and, respectively. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals as untimely taken. Application by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are dismissed without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,
